This year, join us in celebrating Pacific Northwest wine, food and tradition with various events while also giving back, as portions of the procee...ds will benefit the Center for Career Alternatives.
**Schedule of events**
* Friday, November 12
-6 p.m.- Celebration Reception: Mingle with Tulalip's chefs and premier regional winemakers and enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
-7 p.m.- Celebration Dinner: Enjoy a multi-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Perry Mascitti’s culinary team in the beautiful Orca Ballroom. Wine pairings will be selected by Tulalip's Sommelier Tommy Thompson.
-10 p.m.- VIP After-Party: End the night with live entertainment and the finest spirits, cognacs, and cigars.
*Saturday, November 13
-10 a.m.- 1:30 p.m.- Wine Education & Lifestyle Seminars: Learn about wine from some of the region's top winemakers in this series of seminars.
-2-6 p.m.- Wine Tastings: Taste award-winning wines from the finest Pacific Northwest wineries.
-3 p.m., 4 p.m., & 5 p.m.- Chef Demos: In these 40-minute demos, Tulalip chefs will demonstrate the preparation of some of the great cuisine served at Tulalip's restaurants.
